Video Engineer

Absolute Must Have:

• MPEG4 part 10 / H.264 / AVC, Base or Main Profiles
• Familiarity with audio/video file formats, demultiplexing and synchronization
• Experience with audio and video transcoding, bitrates and quality metrics
• C/C++ programming experience

Would Set You Apart If You Had Experience With:

• Real-time encoders, compressors, and/or encryptors
• Developing for a set-top box
• DTS, Dolby Digital
• CA/DRM
• Nagravision, NDS, SecureMedia, Verimatrix, WideVine, Irdeto
• Linux programming

Embedded Linux Programmer

Absolute Must Have:

• 5-10 years, C/C++ skills
• 3-5 years, Embedded Linux experience
• 3-5 year, Linux kernel and device driver development

Would Set You Apart If You Had:

• Experience with video (MPEG2 or MPEG4)
• Experience developing for a set-top box
• UI development and/or graphics design experience
• Experience with Adobe Flash
• Experience bringing up a new hardware design
